What is Titan House?
Titan House is a residential discipleship initiative of Titan Ministries, founded in 2024 by Blake and Wayne Spradlin. Built from lived experience with addiction, incarceration, poverty, and chaotic lifestyles, Titan House exists to help men rebuild their lives with a strong foundation of faith, responsibility, and healthy community.
We serve men transitioning out of addiction, jail or prison, and other life-controlling circumstances. The best fit for Titan are those who are ready to do the work it takes to change. Titan House is a drug-free, structured living environment, but it’s not designed to feel like an institution. Our homes are intentionally welcoming and family-oriented. We often say Titan House should feel like “Mama’s house”. Many of the men we serve have never experienced what a healthy home life looks like.
Our approach is simple, we push the men to see past who they used to be. Rather than sit in who we used to be we push the men to focus on “the next right thing”.
Titan house works within 3 areas: Home, Church, and Work.
Home: We provide safe, sober housing where men can stabilize and learn daily structure, accountability, and life skills.
Church: We connect each man to a local church for discipleship, spiritual growth, and real Christian community. We have amazing churches and Pastors that disciple and lead the Titan men in weekly meetings and services.
Work: We help men find and maintain meaningful employment so they can build consistency, confidence, and independence. In the end our goal is for the Titan men to become an asset to an employer rather than a liability.
Since launching in 2024, Titan House has expanded to four homes with the capacity to serve up to 24 men at a time. Through consistent outcomes and strong relationships, Titan House has earned trust with local churches, employers, law enforcement, and court systems—because real recovery doesn’t happen in isolation.
We believe that through Jesus Christ, a completely new life is possible—not only freedom from addiction, but restoration, purpose, and calling. Titan House is more than sober living. It’s a place where men learn a new way to live, experience genuine brotherhood, and discover that sobriety is only the beginning.
Titan House Expectations
Titan House is a structured, faith-based, drug-free residential discipleship home. To protect the mission, the homes, and every man living in them, we maintain clear expectations for daily life, accountability, and community responsibility.
Spiritual Growth & Community Involvement
Residents are expected to attend weekly church services at a local church.
Residents also attend meetings with a local participating ministry to support discipleship, accountability, and continued growth.
Work & Productive Living
Once employed, residents must maintain a consistent weekly work schedule.
Residents receiving Social Security income are required to volunteer in the community, contributing time and service in meaningful ways.
Move-In Fees, Weekly Dues & What’s Included
A one-time, non-refundable move-in fee is required prior to entry.
Weekly house dues help cover household operations and include utilities such as:
electricity, water, heat/air, internet, and house phone
(Specific amounts and details are discussed during the interview.)
Basic household supplies are provided through monthly house shopping, including items like:
cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee
Drug-Free Policy & Entry Requirements
A drug test is required upon entry and must be negative for admission.
All new residents begin with a 30-day probation period, designed to establish consistency, trust, and accountability in the home.
Vehicle & Property Guidelines
Residents may drive their own vehicles only if they are fully licensed, registered, and insured.
Only state-registered and fully insured vehicles are permitted on Titan House property.
Substance Use & Immediate Accountability
Titan House is a drug-free environment. If substance use is suspected, the resident will be required to complete a screening.
A positive test results in the resident being required to leave the home within 3 hours.
If the resident desires help, Titan House will assist in finding a detox placement or a safe alternative option when possible.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal to protect the safety and stability of the home.
These expectations exist to create a stable, structured environment where men can grow spiritually, rebuild healthy routines, and move forward with purpose and accountability.
